I apply a temporal fix over file
/usr/src/nvidia-legacy-304xx-304.117/nv-acpi.c

Comment this part on the file:

    if (pNvAcpiObject->notify_handler_installed)
    {
        NV_ACPI_OS_WAIT_EVENTS_COMPLETE();

        // remove event notifier
        status = acpi_remove_notify_handler(device->handle,
ACPI_DEVICE_NOTIFY, nv_acpi_event);
    }

And rebuild the module with dkms

 sudo dkms build -m nvidia-legacy-304xx -v 304.117 -k 3.13-1-686-pae
 sudo dkms install -m nvidia-legacy-304xx -v 304.117 -k 3.13-1-686-pae

Solved this problem (for now).
