nvidia-settings_331.79-1_amd64.changes REJECTED

What's the required procedure for moving src:nvidia-settings from
contrib to main (for the libxnvctrl* packages - they can be linked
against to test for the availability if the NV-CONTROL X extension,
nvidia-settings will stay in contrib as it requires the non-free driver
and the NV-CONTROL X extension)
