I built and installed r4948 and asked a co-worker to put it through it's paces.
He was able to compile and run his own software, so nvcc, libcublas,
libcufft, libcuda and libcudart are all functioning as expected.
He also tried cuda-gdb, nvprof, nsight and nvvp and they all appear to
work correctly.
