legacy-304xx hardware check in libgl1-nvidia-glx.preinst

Hi,

I finally ported the legacy hardware check from fglrx-driver to
nvidia-driver, too. It builds, but beyond that it is completely untested :-)
Anybody who has time (and legacy hardware) is welcome to test this. If
you don't have legacy hardware: just add the PCI ID of your ethernet
controller (or whatever) to the list in the preinst script.
