Since hacking the kernel headers is a bad idea (and not "distributable")
why not ignoring CONFIG_XEN w/o CONFIG_PARAVIRT on armhf? CONFIG_XEN is
only used at one critical place and extending this with a "&&
!defined(CONFIG_whatever_armhf_distinguishes)" should work similarily.
