This is because nvidia-graphics-drivers-legacy-340xx is a recently
uploaded package and the Debian release team hasn't approved the
package to be autobuilt on Debian's buildd network yet (so the
packages aren't yet available for i386). The initial request can be
found here [1] and I've pinged the release team again today, so it's
just a matter of waiting until it gets approved.
