Bug#808883: [CUDA] actually CUDA is available for ppc64el since 7.0, should we prepare the 7.0.28-2 ?

Hi,

To my surprise the CUDA 7.0 upload has missed the ppc64el architecture.

See LINUX POWER8 section at:

there is indeed ppc64el package present:
http://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/cuda/7_0/Prod/local_installers/rpmdeb/cuda-repo-ubuntu1404-7-0-local_7.0-28_ppc64el.deb

That deb package is of size ~600MB.

So, should we prepare the 7.0.28-2 with support for ppc64el arch ?
This BUG blocks CUDA 7.5.
