That means the .run installer you fetched directly from nvidia broke
your various libGL symlinks (that should be pointing at mesa's copy in
a bumblebee configuration); I haven't looked at Daniel BD's post in
any detail, but I imagine that fixing that mess is error-prone. Please
don't do that, just install nvidia-graphics-drivers/346.59-1 from
experimental instead.
