a first attempt on update-glx

Hi Luca,

in glx-alternatives.git I pushed a first version of an update-glx script
in branch update-glx.
Maybe you can give it some testing. The only documentation is its commit
message for now :-)

This is planned to be shipped in a glx-alternative-common (or better
update-glx?) package at some point.

And it needs some documentation - and a manpage.
