Bug#783770: Request for CUDA 7

[lumin]

Package Caffe maintained by me now suffers FTBFS,
one way to solve this FTBFS is to bump CUDA from 6.5 to 7,
because CUDA 7 can work with GCC 5 (>> 4.9).

So I request for CUDA 7 too.
