New upstream 352.41 and 340.93 releases

Built and tested legacy-340xx, only change is to drop a 4.0 workaround
patch for the kernel module, fixed upstream. Did the usual round of
testing and it seems fine, so I updated the legacy-340xx repo and I am
(slowly!) uploading the tarball (non-legacy first, then I'll symlink
legacy as it was done for other legacy tarballs).
Question: in the mainline repo, branches/340 has fallen behind trunk, so
I assume I should do the changes in trunk?
