Hello,

I have built and tested, by compiling and running the samples/* binaries
linked with the .so, that the library works fine on arm64 too.

So, I have marked the libxnvctrl[0/-dev] packages as "Architecture:
any", and while I was there I also converted them to Multi-Arch format.

I have tested and committed to this to SVN for both branches/346 (for
experimental) and trunk.

Since this bug report is actually about the nvidia-settings package
itself, I did not mark it as closed in the changelog yet.

Kind regards,
