Hi,

This bug is opened for CUDA 8.0 package discussion, since CUDA 8.0
is comming soon, but it currently acts as a stub.

After cuda/7.5.18-1 was landed onto the archive, we can
coordinate work related to CUDA 8.0 in this bug.
