testing packages against nvidia-cuda-toolkit 7.0

Hi,

I just asked for a transition slot for nvidia-cuda-toolkit 7.0:
http://bugs.debian.org/813542 which was ACKed promptly, so I'll upload
soon. I can do binNMUs, unless you want to do them yourself, Samuel?
IIRC Tomasz had a sourceful upload of pycuda in the queue, but I could
binNMU that as well.

At least 7.0 better than 6.5, and most of the work for 7.5 should be
done already, so that hopefully won't take too long ... now that we have
352.xx drivers in testing.

6.5 is on its way to jessie-backports, 7.0 will most likely skip
jessie-backports
