The -doc packages are arch:all, so we should probably forbid building
them on ppc64el rather than trying to build them equivalently there.

ppc64el builds for nvidia-graphics-drivers and nvidia-cuda-toolkit 7.0
for unstable have succeeded (but haven't been tested at all)

Which of the ppc64el fixes should/could be applied to 7.0, too?
