Bug#822434: patch for building 8.0.27-1, based on 7.5.18-2

[Lumin]

These are changes:

  * New upstream release 8.0~rc. (Closes: #822434)
  * SOVERSION bump: 7.5 => 8.0, rename all library packages.
  * libnvgraph8.0: new package for the nvGRAPH library.
  * Add new symbols control file for libnvgraph.
  * Update symbols control files.

The packaging should nearly fit the final distributable production release.
