Bug#822434: patch for building 8.0.27-1, based on 7.5.18-2

Hi,

There is still no redistributable release yet,
and I don't know how "soon" it is.

This is just preliminary patch and certainly
I'll split it up into single patches with git, when
public version available.

But I can split it now if you like.

NOTE:
1. copyright not updated
2. --list-missing not checked
