CUDA 8.0~rc availability w.r.t amd64/ppc64el

According to

there are:

1. .run file and .deb file for [amd64]

2. .deb file for [ppc64el], in which the ppc64el driver is included.

I guess this is the latest driver for ppc64el, version 352.93 .
I found no 36X.Y driver release
