Andreas, I've added a new Multiarch: foreign nvidia-vulkan-icd package
(amd64 and i386) to the 364 branch. It's modelled after
nvidia-opencl-common, which also ships an ICD. It depends on
libglx-nvidia0 (which implements the Vulkan APIs), libvulkan1 and
suggests vulkan-utils. I also made nvidia-driver depend on it.
Does this sound good?
