BUG: nvidia-install-samples.sh missing

In package nvidia-cuda-toolkit
As of version 6.0.37-5 and of version 6.5.19-3~bpo8+1

There is a manual page "cuda-install-samples-6.5.sh.1.gz",
but the actual cuda-install-samples.sh script is missing.

The CUDA samples are nowhere to be found,
in any of the following packages:
   nvidia-cuda-dev
   nvidia-cuda-doc
   nvidia-cuda-gdb
   nvidia-cuda-toolkit

Note that I am not talking about the stub "samples"
directory that exists in nvidia-cuda-dev and which
only contains one (1) .cu program (math-funcs.cu).

I am talking about this comprehensive set of sample programs:
