Mmh Xorg is still loading nouveau:

[ 33630.995] (II) LoadModule: "nouveau"
[ 33630.995] (II) Loading /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/nouveau_drv.so
[ 33630.995] (II) Module nouveau: vendor="X.Org Foundation"
[ 33630.995] compiled for 1.18.0, module version = 1.0.12
[ 33630.995] Module class: X.Org Video Driver
[ 33630.995] ABI class: X.Org Video Driver, version 20.0

That's not what I'd expect, and what I see on my optimus laptop. The
second card (/dev/dri/card1) is not seen at all by Xorg.

bbswitch should be disabling the nvidia card at boot. In your
journalctl, can you see something along those lines:

kernel: bbswitch: version 0.8
kernel: bbswitch: Found integrated VGA device 0000:00:02.0: \_SB_.PCI0.GFX0
kernel: bbswitch: Found discrete VGA device 0000:03:00.0: \_SB_.PCI0.RP05.PEG
kernel: bbswitch: detected an Optimus _DSM function
kernel: bbswitch: Succesfully loaded. Discrete card 0000:03:00.0 is on
kernel: bbswitch: disabling discrete graphics

Or any other bbswitch line at all?

Kind regards,
Luca Boccassi
