Wrong libGL.so of glx-alternatives-nvidia

Hello,
As it is described in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-qt4/+bug/941826.
Pyqt tries to use libGL.so which point to the one from mesa, but libGL.so.1
point to the one from nvidia.
Debian also have this issue, hope to fix this.
