After that one is uploaded, which introduces a new binary package that
is necessary, 358 and the rest can follow.

It's all already packaged, as you can see in our SVN repository. We will
upload each stable release individually, and the first after 352 was
355. Please be patient and stick with testing/unstable for the time
being. Experimental can be bumpy at times, and now is one of those
times.
