More or less ... I implemented something that should work. Please give
it a try on both Debian and Ubuntu.
bumblebee.postinst contains a section specific to raring - is that still
relevant?
The solution for LP: #1242785,
https://github.com/Bumblebee-Project/Bumblebee/issues/525
looks completely bogus - after
apt-get install bumblebee
apt-get remove bumblebee
/etc/modprobe.d/bumblebee.conf is still there.
