Vulkan support

Hello everyone,

I was willing to try vulkan since more and more games offer beta
support. I packaged the version 367.18 of nvidia-driver but I can't
start vulkaninfo which fail with "undefined symbol: vkGetInstanceProcAddr".

Since I have a complex setup with bumblebee and primus I know that could
be a problem of either nvidia or primus libraries. So I wonder what is
the current status of vulkan in the nvidia-driver packages?

If it's not supported what are the main steps to support it?
I got plenty of time so I'm very interested in hacking my way into
nvidia-driver and primus to help supporting vulkan.

Regards,
