[nvidia-cudnn] a quick and hacky packaging for cudnn

Hi all,

Very long time ago we[1] have discussed about packaging nvidia's
cudnn library, and now I have created a set of hacky packaging
scripts [2] for that purpose.
I created that repo[2] to build a package for my personal usage,
so you will find no ITP bug about it, and it is not lintian-clean.

I didn't check the cuDNN license but in order to download it
I still need to login and fill an chart, so I guess nvidia
still disallows the re-distribution of that stuff.

So let's look forward to a day when NVIDIA makes its cudnn stuff
publicly available and re-distributable. At that time I'd be
happy to team-maintain it based on these hacky scripts.
