That's a good news.

The release notes mentioned no GCC support information.

I'll update the packaging patch and split it up when I have time to.

Before downloading and performing real test, I found that the newest
CUDA package distributed by archilinux still depends on gcc5.
(Archlinux default compiler is now gcc-6)

But this cannot prove that cuda-8.0.44 doesn't work with gcc-6,
test result is needed.
