Yes, there is still a chance.  We have two weeks until the 16.10 release. :)

I haven't even looked at the new downloads yet.  I'm on limited
internet until next week.

Andreas, you asked previously about ppc64el drivers.   I found them by
going to the Advanced Driver Search page [1], selecting Tesla for
Product Type, and Linux POWER8 for Operating System.  Version 352.88
and 352.93 are listed under K-Series, but nothing listed under
P-Series (yet).  There might be a new driver included in the ppc64el
CUDA download.
