Hi,

Sid is unlikely until Stretch is released, but when there's time for
the work to upload it 381 could hit experimental.

In the meanwhile you can build it from SVN:

https://wiki.debian.org/NvidiaGraphicsDrivers#Building_newer_releases_from_SVN

I've been running 381 built from there for a couple of weeks now and
it's all fine.

Incidentally one of the changes with 375 as you most likely know is
the initial support for Wayland, so any feedback on the packages would
be most welcome.
The new packages are: nvidia-egl-wayland-icd libnvidia-egl-wayland1
nvidia-egl-wayland-common
