I use the NVIDIA_Changelog as source, using the git import in
nks-history to piece together the individual bits. Eliminating
everything irrelevant because its not packaged from this source
(nvidia-settings, nvidia-installer, ...), these should go to the
respective other packages.

The webpage usually has something squashed together (if there were
previous beta releases), formatted differently, ...
