Just tested 381 from SVN, seems to work fine.

The offending game, DOW3 (thank goodness for Steam's summer sale! :-D
), works fine with Vulkan with both glvnd and non-glvnd backends.

Switching between the two backends also works fine by installing
nvidia-vulkan-icd or the -nonglvnd.

Looks good for experimental to me!
