Hi,
384 was released just a couple of days ago with support fro the 1030.
It will take a while before it reaches experimental.
In the meanwhile you can build the packages locally from the 384 SVN
branch. Just follow this guide:
https://wiki.debian.org/NvidiaGraphicsDrivers#Building_newer_releases_from_SVN
