Bug#864497: nvidia-driver should depend on libgl1-nvidia-glvnd-glx instead of libgl1-nvidia-glx by default

The fact is that according to GoL the non-glvnd flavour looks buggy on
Debian at least w/ DoW3 and Unity games like Cities Skyline, crash for the
first, buggy on 50% of the starts for the latter (and many other Unity
games are affected) - the bug is in term of window size

Such a thing should be documented in the release notes.
