That is something from the fglrx driver installation, but looks like
that was not done with the fglrx-driver package we had in jessie - that
should never create such a link.

So glx-diversions failed on some unknown (non-standard) bits it
encountered instead of messing around and silently breaking stuff ...

(For NVIDIA we have nvidia-installer-cleanup to clean up the mess
created by using the .run installer on a Debian system, but there is no
equivalent for AMD/fglrx. And with fglrx being discontinued ... that
will never happen.)
