libglvnd support for nvidia-graphics-drivers

Hi,

I just uploaded nvidia-graphics-drivers 375.82-3 to unstable which
should by default use the libraries built from src:libglvnd instead of
the libFOOX-glvnd-nvidia libs (which are still shipped, and still can be
switched to).

I only made installability tests and switching tests, I didn't run a
system with them (currently nvidia hardware is utilized differently).

Luca, perhaps you could check that this actually works.

Timo, perhaps you chould check whether I did the libglvnd integration
correctly. I'm providing libglx-vendor and libegl-vendor now too, but
there does not seem to be something similar for gles2.

Do I need to handle wayland-egl in some special way? (Will be more
interesting for 378.xx and newer, in experimental).

Thanks!

Andreas
