Cleaned this up a bit and uploaded it.
In stretch, the lib*-glvnd-nvidia* packages will be used, in sid the
packages from src:libglvnd. In sid it is currently (due to some disabled
provides) not possible to use the lib*-glvnd-nvidia* packages as a
replacement for src:libglvnd packages for use with mesa packages.
I hope that doesn't cause migration blockage.
