You can't install the *-glvnd-nvidia* packages in sid right now (but in
testing). For sid, you should just switch to the corresponding
src:libglvnd packages: libgl1, libegl1, libglx0 (maybe some more).

The Provides were intentionally disabled to allow the nvidia packages to
migrate to testing (which still has mesa 13.x that
Conflicts/Provides/Replaces with these virtual packages). The Provides
will be back once mesa 17.x and libglvnd are ready to migrate to testing.
