all git repositories migrated to salsa

Hi,

all git repositories are now migrated to salsa (and locked on alioth).

One exception: khronos-opengl-man4.git which is supposed to find a new
home under xorg-something

If someone meeds a migration script for other repositories, try
~anbe/salsa-import :-)

next will be another round through converting nvidia-graphics-drivers to
git ...
