Can you take a look at what needs to be done for the CUDA 9.2 transition
in sid?

Most dependencies are out of testing already (probably due to RC bugs
for requiring ancient compilers) ...

Which packages
* can be binNMUed (manually by me or another DD, not by the release team)
* need sourceful uploads
* should get sourceful uploads to change ... and ...
?

I think there is not much point opening a transition bug since this will
be completely at our hands ...
