Bug#891731: nvidia-legacy-check: check fails preventing apt full-upgrade

I explicitly installed just nvidia-legacy-check, took the "yes" option,
then purged it and ran full-upgrade again which this time ran normally.
I checked and nvidia-driver was not installed ;-)

Some, from my PoV, the problem has gone away.
