cuda 9.2 testing

Hi,

I just uploaded driver 396.45 to experimental, so cuda 9.2 can now be
used. I havent tested it at all, would like to hear some reports.

please also test whether your packages build against 9.2 s.t. we can
have a transition at some point

I would also be interested in hearing about using nsight/visual profiler
with openjdk-10 (currently hardcoded to obsolete openjdk-8)
And about using gcc-8 with cuda (docs report only support up to gcc-7)
You need to hack the gcc/g++ wrapper script for that.
