I'll binNMU caffe-contrib myself and wait a bit for Samuel to binNMU his
packages and Tomasz to do a sourceful upload of pycuda (but will binNMU
them at the weekend, if needed).

9.1 is supposed to support llvm-4.0, so it may be an alternative to
gcc-6 ... I haven't tested it and I'm not sure whether llvm-4.0 will
stay around for buster ...
