libgl1-glvnd-nvidia-glx 390.42 issue (buster/sid)

I am not sure if this is the correct way to report this, I couldn't find
the correct way.

libGL.so.1 is incorrectly linked to libGL.so.1.0.0 , now the library
version is libGL.so.1.7.0

File libgl1-glvnd-nvidia-glx.links.in needs change in svn of nvidia driver
debian repository. Without this change, after installing package the
symbolic link is wrong and GL fails to work.
