Nvidia just released several binary patches for CUDA toolkit...

Patch1 is gemm performance update.

Patch2 is a bug fix to the PTX assembler (ptxas)

Patch3 is a gemm fix.


Well ... Maybe there is no need to include them? I think we should just
wait for the next major/minor release. Let's hope for a better compiler
support from upstream.
