Bug#900300: nvidia-cuda-toolkit: depends on openjdk-8

Source: nvidia-cuda-toolkit
Version: 9.1.85-4
Severity: serious
Hi,
buster will likely release without OpenJDK 8, and will default to
OpenJDK 11, due to the security support. default-jdk and so on
are already defaulting to 10 and will switch to 11 in the near
future.
Thus please switch to a newer JDK version (10 or 11) or to one
of the metapackages (default-jdk, default-jre...) if possible.
