Nvidia upgrade to new kernels - Debian 10 Stable NON FREE

I am writting this email voluntairly to share my expiriance with nvidia new-kernels and report this bugs and my solution for wireless mouses  for kernel 419 :

1. Bugs Report: Nvidia driver is broken after user upgrade his/her the recent kernel 4.19 to 5.4.
Nvidia is still broken even when we upgrade the recent kernel 419 to the new kernels: 53.

2. Current kernel 419 + Nvidia  :
Nvidia is only work with 419 kernel . Problem with 419 is wifi mouse (Logitech MX-Master) this mouse is most students used to reduce using ports on their laptops. The mouse will became leggy this is happen because min_interval and max_interval are equal to 24, and 40 rather than the correct values which it should be min=6 und max=7 but this solution require creating a service  and a script to  trigger that service to start at the time of sys booting to make force the sys use the correct values min=6 and max=7.
