nvidia-driver-libs-nonglvnd is gone. There were plenty of bug reports
that non-GLVND was no longer working in 430.xx (#939401 and duplicates).
And it is gone upstream in 435.xx. There are only the legacy drivers
left for non-GLVND variants. And perhaps the tesla driver.
