Let the fun start. I just uploaded 9.2 to sid :-)
Note that you'll need the drivers from experimental ... I've relaxed the
dependencies a bit to allow installation in sid regardless of the driver
version. This will be undone once the 410 driver is there, but I first
want to do the driver transition to 390 in stretch.

I'll do binNMUs tomorrow (but I'll wait for pycuda to migrate to testing
first).
