Where can I sumbit pull request for nvidia-graphics-drivers?

Dear Debian NVIDIA maintainers,

Where should I turn to if I want to suggest a pull request/patch for
nvidia-graphics-drivers? The "Debian Source Repository" URL [1]
points to a page which generates a 404.

I found a bug report [2] regarding this issue which was last updated
7/7 last year. 

What I specifically want to submit a patch for is nvidia-detect which
I think is included in the nvidia-graphics-drivers source. Can I submit
patches via email?
