Bug nvidia-driver debian buster-backports

Dear Debian NVIDIA Maintainers,

there is a bug in the nvidia-driver 440.82-1~bpo10+1 and also in
418.74-1~bpo9+1.

The driver is not able to detect resolution over 1920x1080.

The needed resolution is 2560x1080.

It is able to create an xorg.conf with the correct resolution. Then
there are some funny effects on the right part of the screen.

Some programs (firefox, inkscape) shift the popup windows to the left.
